Click and collect

Our click and collect service is available at our Nuvo Italia store in Durban. It's a contact-free, quick and easy service. Place an order at home or on the go, and collect it from our showroom.

1. Choose our "pickup" service at the checkout and select Nuvo Italia Showroom

2. You’ll receive an order confirmation e-mail with your order number and your Invoice.

3.  Once your order is ready, you’ll receive another email notification with instructions on how to make your collection. Please make your way to our store following your ready to collect email instructions.

For the safety of our customers and co-workers, all collections will be contact-free. So if you will need help with large or heavy items, do bring someone with you from your household or bubble. We suggest a maximum of two people per vehicle, and please stay in your vehicle until we signal for you to collect.

*If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have the original email confirmation and proof of ID in the form of a current driver's license or ID card.
