Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Couches including sofa sets are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  
• Any shipping fees paid during purchase are non-refundable.
• Return delivery charges apply at minimal cost unless otherwise stated.
• There are no restocking fees.
  
• For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
