How we grade our outlet stock:

Grade A — Like New Takealot return or overstock item. Unused and in original or repackaged condition. May have minor packaging wear. Full product function guaranteed.

Grade B — Open Box Opened and inspected. Never assembled or used. Original packaging may be incomplete. Full product function guaranteed.

Grade C — Display or Cosmetic Damage Minor cosmetic imperfection such as a small scratch, scuff, or mark. Fully functional. Sold as-is. Please read the condition description carefully before purchasing.

Stock in the Nuvo Outlet is limited and updated regularly — when it is gone, it is gone. Items sell fast so check back often or sign up to our newsletter to be notified when new outlet stock drops.

Please note that all Nuvo Outlet purchases are subject to our outlet returns policy. Grade A items follow our standard returns policy. Grade B and Grade C items are sold as described and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item differs materially from its listed condition grade. All outlet items are dispatched from our Durban warehouse. Delivery rates vary by item size and destination. All orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery.
